Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards via our system.
UK delivery is by Royal Mail 1st Class post and you should normally expect to receive your order within 3 working days. Overseas orders are by courier and can take up to three weeks or even longer for some locations.
The delivery costs for the UK are a flat fee of £2.95 per order. Delivery is by Royal Mail 1st class post.
All items offered on our website are subject to availability.
You have the right to cancel the purchase of an order without having to give a reason at any time within the ‘cooling off period’ of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract. Products must be returned unopened and in “as new” condition.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense or return them opened, used or not in “as new” condition.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract and we have received the returned products in “as new” condition, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.
After-Sales Services and Guarantees
If you are not satisfied with your product, please return the goods within 14 days in the original packaging and unopened. For a refund.
